We are the first health insurance brokers to promote healthy lifestyles as a way to control health care cost. Our philosophy is simple: healthy employees are good for business.  As medical insurance premiums continue to rise, we want to help your company to get claim costs under control by improving the health and lives of your employees. We promote healthy lifestyle through our website and outreach programs at your workplace.  We want to encourage our clients to take the steps now to lose weight, to begin and exercise program, to eat healthier, to feel better, look better and have more energy at work and at home.

 

Easy Administration

We provide a customized web portal where an employer can post a summary of their group insurance and retirement programs allowing employees access via personal ID and password.

 

After logging onto their employer site, an employee would be permitted to check a claim, download a form, search for a provider, check their benefits, contact us for help resolving claim disputes, and many other vital and useful services.

 

Administrative Support

We seek to become a vital and known resource to the benefit administrator by helping to reduce the administrative burden whenever and wherever possible. We encourage our clients to outsource their time consuming tasks in order to free up time to spend in their business. Need help checking on a claim, a billing problem, or a benefit question…no problem! We are a here to help.

 

COBRA Support

COBRA is a Federal law that requires employers with 20 or more employees to offer continuation of health coverage upon termination from employment.  Failure to comply with COBRA regulations or to properly administer the program may result in significant fines and corporate liability.  We understand the complexities of this obligation and work diligently with our clients to insure that their procedures comply with law.

 

As part of our service, we provide each health client with a 60 page COBRA manual and all of the forms to manage this task. We’ll even post the forms on the website where the plan administrator and quickly print out the correct form when ever necessary.  This service helps save potentially costly mistakes from occurring.

 

Easy Enrollment

Now it’s easier than ever to communicate with employees during open enrollments. Employees can access their company web portal to view and select new health plan options during open enrollment periods.  They simply view the plan and the cost that meets their needs, and download a form for enrolling themselves and family members. top of page

Employee Handbook

It has never been easier for Human Resources to distribute the employee handbook to staff members. We will be happy to post your current employee handbook on your custom web portal for employees to download and or view.  If  you do not have a handbook and would like to develop one, we can assist you in the process. top of page

Health Insurance

We bring more than 25 years of experience designing a range of programs from self-funded medical plans to point of service programs, PPO plans, HMO options, and other cost-sharing arrangements such as HSA plans.   We conduct extensive market analysis and present your benefits team with a range of options to choose from.  We take pride in positioning ourselves as objective and independent advisors protecting the interests of our clients in all insurance carrier negotiations.

We help HR to select other group insurance products that will round out and complete a compelling benefit line up.  We are seasoned negotiators that work with more than 2 dozen insurance carriers to find the most cost-effective programs for our clients.

  • Long Term Disability
    Group Long Term Disability plans are available on favorable group insurance rates to help pay a portion of a disabled employee’s salary after a qualification period of 90 days to 180 days.  We work closely with our clients to design the correct coverages, with definitions of disability and return to work provisions that meet that client’s specific needs. 
  • Short Term Disability
    During the first stages of an illness or injury, Group Short Term disability will pay a portion of an employee’s salary for a period of up to 26 weeks in duration.  These insured plans often are less expensive than a non-insured company paid sickness plan.
  • Dental Insurance
    We maintain more than 2 dozen insurance carrier relationships to bring about favorable pricing and plan designs for our clients. Dental insurance is a well known and valued benefit that employees expect as part of a quality benefit program.  We help our clients to identify a range of plan options that include PPO plans, DMO plans (network only), and indemnity coverage.  We provide extensive network analysis to identify the best network for the employees.


Voluntary Plans
Voluntary benefits are programs that are sponsored by a corporation but generally paid for entirely by employee payroll deduction.  These plans are very popular at many companies that want to help round out a benefit package without adding cost.  Employees like the convenience of purchasing insurance products through payroll deduction at competitive group rates with guaranteed to issue benefits.  Many companies offer voluntary life insurance, short term disability, dental, vision, accident and hospital plans at the worksite.
