Cobra COBRA is a Federal law that requires employers with 20 or more employees to offer continuation of health coverage upon termination from employment. Failure to comply with COBRA regulations or to properly administer the program may result in significant fines and corporate liability. We understand the complexities of this obligation and work diligently with our clients to insure that their procedures comply with law. As part of our service, we provide each health client with a 60 page COBRA manual and all of the forms to manage this task. We’ll even post the forms on the website where the plan administrator and quickly print out the correct form when ever necessary. This service helps save potentially costly mistakes from occurring.
